Pain is an indication that your body wants you to change your postural patterns.
Many times I find that clients have a pelvis that is not balanced. This imbalance could be the source of not only their low back into hip pain, but also neck into shoulder pain.
It seems as though the client has created a postural pattern over a period of time that creates the tendency for the right ilium to appear anteriorly rotated with the left ilium posteriorly rotated.
I have found several Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques to work well in rebalancing the pelvis, such as squeezing bridge and active quad release.
If you experience low back into hip pain or neck into shoulder pain, I encourage you to reach out to me to discuss if we may be a good fit for working together.
