In recent months, I began yet another journey toward becoming a better version of myself. This part of the journey focuses on 160 credit hours of Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques taught by Erik Dalton, PhD.
Within my orthopedic massage practice, I have found that when we become aware of and take responsibility for how we carry our bodies, we begin to heal naturally and our pain melts away. The teachings of Erik Dalton resonate with me because of his focus on postural awareness.
