As you know, I love personal development … it’s the reason I have been able to step out of my comfort zone and choose to be my own boss. One of my favorite personal development leaders is Mel Robbins. I was first introduced to her several years back when she spoke at our Nerium conference. She has great energy and she says it like it is … no sugar coating! She’s the one who introduced me to the 5 Second Rule, which is a great way to push me into doing the things that make me nervous, anxious, and second guess my ability to succeed.
Each Thursday, I wake up to “Take 5 with Mel”, a weekly email where Mel shares great articles, books, and experiences in her life that are designed to push all of us out of our comfort zones.
Several Thursdays ago, she was talking about resetting our minds to reprogram the limiting beliefs that keep us from moving forward to reach our goals. I clicked the link and hesitantly signed up for the email. I use the word hesitantly because, as you know, there are times when you sign up for an email list only to be bombarded with a bunch of bologna. This, my friend, was not the case.
Mel is offering a FREE month-long program called Mindset Reset, where each day she trains us on how to not only identify our limiting beliefs but also how to reprogram our minds to eliminate the negative chatter. This training has had a powerful impact on me. I’ve been listening each day and I’m beginning to incorporate the ideas.
As 2019 gets off to a fresh new start, I invite you to take advantage of this life-changing journey with Mel. She will not disappoint.
